Hello crafty friends! It’s Zinia here and this week we are excited to share with you some ideas and inspiration using the brand new Cardmaking Sticker Books by American Crafts.
All the sticker books have hundreds of amazing designs for every occasion. I love all of them so much so it was hard to decide which one to pick first for my cards but since the holiday season is approaching I decided to share with you a couple of extremely simple cards I created using only one product, the holiday themed Sticker Book.
The thing I love the most about these sticker books is that they include a huge variety of designs. There are tiny accent stickers and also huge eye catching pieces. For my first card, I used one of the biggest stickers with a snow globe design and I placed it in the middle of my card base.
To make the design pop up, I added a couple of layers of foam tape to give it some dimension. To make my card a little bit more decorative I added a few more stickers around the globe and I filled the white background of my base with light blue dots that are very similar to the snow pattern from the sticker.
For the second card, I used a piece of blue cardstock and I added some clear snowflake stickers from the sticker book. In between the snowflakes I added dots of silver and white glitter glue. For my sentiment I found a banner sticker that matched perfectly with the rest of the card.
For my last card I used a banner sentiment. I really loved the banner design so I doodled a string and added some more banner stickers right below it. To make my background more interesting, I doodled some open circles with a grey fineliner pen.
