American Crafts purchases paper division of Die Cuts With A View
LINDON, Utah – June 26 – American Crafts announces the purchase of the paper division of crafting wholesaler Die Cuts With A View. The move ensures the immediate and ongoing delivery of DCWV papercrafting products to retailers and crafters.
The DCWV Home and Blue Moon Beads divisions of the DCWV Acquisition Corporation were not purchased by American Crafts and were acquired separately by New View.
DCWV was founded 20 years ago by Nancy Hill in Provo, Utah, and is known for its paper and specialty pads, sold under the popular Stacks® brand name. The company also recently launched an affordable line of letterboards and accessories, which were sold to American Crafts as part of the acquisition.
