It’s Zinia here and today I’d like to share with you a couple of page from my Journal Studio notebook.
These journals are perfect for all sorts of things. From planning, to memory keeping and everything in between. I keep a couple of different journals for different purposes but today I want to specifically focus on one of them.
I use one of my journals as an inspiration draft book. That means that I basically keep notes of interesting ideas and color combinations as well as testing some of my favorite supplies in that notebook.
In the first page of my book, I usually put sticky notes with various notes related to my art supplies and my crafty wish list.
For the first page, I decided to add some decorations and use it as a dashboard page. I especially love using my Kelly Creates markers and pens in this notebook to add interesting titles and headers on my notes.
The rest of the pages are a mix of different things. For example, in one of my spreads, I picked my favorite washi tapes from the Journal Studio line and I pulled out interesting color palettes to use for my projects.
On the opposite side of this spread I used the space for some random swatches.
To create the rainbow of the side of the page, I used the WeR Memory Keepers Journal Guide. First I traced the circles in all the different sizes and then I filled the lines with some of my favorite colors of paint markers by Vicki Boutin and Jane Davenport.
