Hello everyone, it’s Zinia here and today I’m back to share with you some fun ways to use the new poster shop designs to customize your Details to Enjoy frames.
Posterboards are really fun to play with as they allow you to create larger scale projects. Here I’m going to use the stunning Peony Watercolor posterboard which features some amazing floral designs.
Because of the larger scale of the poster board, it is a little bit more difficult to handle but you can still fussy cut it with ease. The trick is to first roughly cut around each image and then go closer around the edges of the design. I cut out a bunch of the flowers but I only ended up using one on each frame.
In my smaller frame, I wanted to keep the wooden style of the frame, I only added a word with a wooden finish.
For the larger frame, I used a chipboard word from an older Dear Lizzy collection and colored it pink to match with my frame. I painted this frame pink a while ago using Vicki Boutin acrylic paints so I kept the same color when I redesigned the insert with the posterboard flower.
